Richard Jefferies- his life and work in Cirencester Prof. Eric Jones Monday 18 November 2019

Richard Jefferies was a journalist with the Wilts and Gloucestershire Standard in the 19th Century. This talk will explain Jefferies background and significance, his involvement with Cirencester and district, and the nature of the town as he described it.
